Returns and complaints

Pursuant to Article 558 § 1 of the Civil Code, 3Dstudio Creative reserves the right to exclude liability under the warranty.

  1. The basis for submitting a complaint is a significant defect of the goods that prevents its proper use.
  2. Complaints must be submitted up to 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods.
  3. The complaint will be considered within 30 business days of its delivery to the Seller.
  4. The seller does not accept the complaint if the goods are installed in the wrong way.
  5. A complaint claim for mechanical damage resulting from damage caused during transport may only be accepted if a Complaint Report has been drawn up in the presence of the courier.
